This notice explains how personal information is used when you visit the Lotus Partner Consulting website or submit a business enquiry. It also explains your choices about optional analytics.
1. Who is responsible?
The data controller is Lotus Partner Danışmanlık A.Ş., operating as Lotus Partner Consulting.
Address: Fulya Mahallesi, Büyükdere Caddesi No:74/D, Torun Center, Kat:3, Ofis:10, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye.

2. Information we receive and why
The Request Access form asks for your name, company, email address, country, product interest, estimated monthly volume and message. We use the information you submit to assess your enquiry, understand the proposed business relationship, communicate with you and coordinate relevant supply or consulting discussions. Information you provide by email or telephone is used for the corresponding communication and follow-up.
If a business relationship develops, further information may be needed to carry out the transaction, verify relevant commercial details, keep required records or deal with legal claims. Please do not enter unnecessary identity documents, payment-card details, health information or information about other people in the enquiry form.
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information, including IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information, to operate the website, investigate errors and detect abuse. WordPress administration and security features are separate from optional visitor analytics.
3. Collection methods and legal grounds
Information is collected electronically through this website and email, or verbally through telephone conversations. Depending on the activity, the legal grounds under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) are the establishment or performance of a contract (Article 5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations (Article 5/2-ç), the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Article 5/2-e), and legitimate interests, such as assessing business enquiries and protecting the website, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Article 5/2-f).
Optional analytics is based on your consent under Article 5/1. Submitting a business enquiry or reading this notice does not give permission for analytics or marketing.
4. Recipients and international processing
Information necessary to respond to an enquiry or carry out an agreed transaction may be shared with relevant business counterparties and service providers, such as hosting, email, technical support, accounting or logistics providers. Information may also be provided to competent authorities when legally required. Only information relevant to the purpose should be shared.
The website uses Namecheap hosting and email infrastructure, WordPress, and Wordfence security services. Google Analytics is used only after an optional analytics choice is accepted. Some providers operate infrastructure outside Türkiye. International transfers are subject to the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK; accepting analytics cookies does not replace other transfer requirements applicable to a provider.
5. Retention
Retention is assessed according to the purpose of the enquiry or transaction, applicable record-keeping obligations, security needs and the establishment or protection of rights. Website submissions and subsequent correspondence may remain in the relevant administrative or communication systems while those purposes continue. This notice does not represent that all enquiry records are automatically deleted after a fixed period.
6. Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request information about whether and how your personal data is processed and its recipients; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply and notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may apply in writing at the address above or through another method allowed by the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Requests to the Data Controller. For information about making a request, contact the email address above. Information necessary to verify your identity may be requested. Applications are concluded within 30 days; a fee may apply only where the relevant rules permit it.
7. Cookies and your analytics choice
You can use the website and submit an enquiry without accepting analytics. The optional analytics panel provides both Decline and Accept buttons. You can reopen it using Cookie settings in the footer.
- lotus-analytics-choice-v1: a local browser storage record that remembers your analytics choice for six months.
- _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies used only after acceptance. They are configured with a six-month duration, which may renew during use.
- Administration and security: WordPress sign-in and security features may use cookies needed for their functions. Their duration depends on the relevant session and feature.
Optional analytics measures website use. Enquiry text and the personal details entered in the form are not added to our custom analytics events. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website’s consent-controlled analytics configuration.
Declining analytics stops our analytics measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain. It does not automatically erase information previously sent to Google. Links to external websites are governed by those services’ own privacy and cookie terms.
